Yes, those offers are only for people who financed through Chase

Adam, I checked with Rivian, out of curiosity, what they would offer me for my 2023 Fisker Ocean One, with 13,600 miles on it, which I have been driving since mid-December 2023, which I bought new for $72,000 (FOO with full tow package). Rivian responded with a $5000 trade-in estimate (Yes, I do know how to spell F-U).. a little less than the $34,600 amount shown in that letter! I did not (sadly?) finance through Chase, and am not dealing with Hagens Berman, so I guess the terms of that settlement offer does not apply to me. I will continue to enjoy my Ocean for as long as I can, now that I have had all the recall work done and have version 2.2 installed on my car.

No. This is someone else’s offer for their Extreme or One model. Chase wasn’t going to buy these back. They want everyone to take the offer so they don’t have to. Expect this to be the ceiling if you’re not bricked. Or you’ll have to risk getting nothing at all from the arbitration. I hope this helps. Happy to answer any additional questions.

So is that an offer for your Sport model? That’s a real low number from what: “…In each case, the fixed price will be an amount equal to the purchase price minus an amount for usage of the vehicle since your purchase…” leads one to think the offer would be for a $70k purchase. That’s a big “usage” hit.
