This week I’ve been working on the Raven side story. Formerly known as just the goth girl.
We already know from Chapter 5 that she eventually steals serum from the StrongGirls Club, and this story will dive into the events leading up to that moment.
After Nene’s little break-in at the lab, security at the club got a lot tighter. Now, dancers aren’t allowed to take serum off club grounds, and that’s really not sitting well with Raven. She used to enjoy the perks of serum off-duty, and now she’s stuck under stricter rules. Being treated like a kid, as she sees it.
To make things worse, the person policing her is none other than Nene, the very reason the rules changed in the first place. (Being treated like a kid, by someone who acts/looks like one!)
Raven is very much an antihero. Her motivations are entirely self-serving. She doesn’t want to play by anyone’s rules, and this story gives us a deeper look into her mindset and frustration.
It’s shaping up to be a fun and character-rich episode, with appearances from other StrongGirls Club locals, like Mika, and a good amount of tension and attitude.
I can’t give you a solid release date just yet, but I’m committed to having it ready before the end of May.
