v0.9 Release for Patrons!!!
Added 2021-06-02 04:01:55 +0000 UTCHowdy folks!!! It's been a good week for development, and I'm happy to be able to share version 0.9 of "This Halloween? We're Exploring the Haunted Brothel!" with you all!
First of all, I'm sorry for missing the mid-month devlog this month! I'm sure it caused some confusion over whether or not there would even BE an update. This month I'll be sure to plan in advance and communicate what's happening.
Now for the update itself!!! This month, the Haunted Brothel has received:
-A new character who goes by the name "Grand Incubus!" with their own little quest-line to boot!
-A new NSFW scene!
-A kinky new costume each for Varahn and Jasper! You'll be able to find it during the new Incubus side quest.
-A huge visual/functionality update to the inventory! You can now preview and equip Varahn and Jasper with the different outfits you've found from wherever you like!
-As always, a few bug fixes here and there!
The new side quest stems from the bed in the Varahn and Jasper's hotel room, so don't forget to have a little nap to get the ball rolling!
There have also been a series of changes to the systems of the game, so older cutscenes like the introduction (among others) may behave a bit strangely. I'm hoping to get that all sorted out eventually, but in the meantime feel free to let me know if you find any weird issues with your game!

Hi Dallas, really happy you like the game! I love adding more with this art style so hearing that you like it is really nice as well :) Aah yeah, that's a little safety thing I had to add. I didn't have time to flesh out a full system for an overstuffed inventory, but eventually I'd like to add a more robust one where Maxi will mention that your bag is too full and you can just come back to grab the pendant from him later. As for where to go next, take the pendant up to the hotel floor hallway, and then walk up to the area with the missing hotel room (between rooms 667 and 665). Then using the pendant from the inventory should begin a new scene. Hope that helps!

A slight glitch I have noticed, when attempting to talk to Maxi after those weird dreams, it doesn't let you speak with them because it thinks your inventory is too full. It wouldn't let me speak with them until after I had destroyed a random item from said inventory. Just a thing I noticed. Also I'm slightly lost, I got the pendant from Maxi but can't figure out where to go next.

2021-06-19 17:09:30 +0000 UTCHi Gabriel! Oh that's not good! That's definitely a bug, but I can't seem to replicate it on my end. Are you being blocked by the "work in progress" barriers? Or are there NPCs like the ghost at the entrance of the gym that are stopping you from entering?
