[Hereafter] Chapter CCIII: Campsite Web Weaving

This isn't an action-packed chapter, much like most of the recent chapters, because we're still setting up the big conflict to come. By the time things kick off, I imagine everyone — including me — will be anxious for the actual fighting to start. For now, however, this is largely a "time passes" chapter, but I used that to give a few characters who haven't had the chance to get some screentime yet some screentime.
There was one character in particular I really wanted to get in here, but after writing that part, I wondered if it fit with the rest. I guess you guys get to tell me.

Random-as-hell reply: I'm kinda hoping that, in spite of being summoned on opposing sides, true to their source material (KOHA-ACE), Hijikata and Okita having some banter that concludes (and their subsequent deaths in combat) with: Hijikata: "Shinsengumi da!! UWAAAH!!!" Okita: "Shinsengumi dakeni... Shinsengumi dakeni!!"
