Added 2025-01-04 14:23:26 +0000 UTCOh man, I've been waiting to get to this part. There're so many other really good parts to come and so much deliciousness upon which I might feed from your reactions, but this is the first major curveball I threw, and it was great.
America is going to be a wild ride, and I'm looking forward to seeing how you all react to some of the absolute crazy nonsense that will be happening. Buckle up, everyone. There are no brakes and it only escalates from here.

OK so two major reveals this chapter. First at the start of the singularity Coldren mysteriously vanished. And secondly coil is still alive and if the teaser is anything to go by he likely still has the undersiders working under him. The first doesn't really help to narrow down who made the wish on the grail because there's a country's worth of names of people who would use the Wish to get vengeance on this organization. The second does point to the diversions happening before echidna so coil likely still has Diane. Onto my main predictions, with the confirmation of another villain group being put in a key role for the eastern faction I believe it safe to say this is where most villain capes ended up. With heroic spirit dragon likely heading the eastern faction that's where I'm guessing most of the PRT capes went and joined her side. Next I'm predicting the twins will refuse to join the western faction. In the original I feel the moment where the protagonist has the offer to join Edison but they refuse as they would have to compromise their morals by lying to them and joining under the false pretense that they would give the grail, I feel this aspect of them gets highlighted better in the lostbelts but I do feel it is important being displayed there. On Taylor side of things it gives her a very good reason to not work with coil. However it also forces her to be against her former teammates and her past self, and how her past teammates reconcile the fact that in a couple years the future Taylor will be in a completely different group and is siding with that group over them is a very fascinating point, especially if they already know she originally joined with the intention of being a double agent.
