【重要】 「おたより」受信条件、およびメッセージ設定について/[Important] Conditions for Receiving "Otayori" and Message Settings

現在支援者様にはおたより機能やメッセージ機能を用いてパスワードを順次お送りしています。

ここでパスワードを受け取るためのおたより機能についてですが、この"おたより"を受け取れる条件について捕捉させていただぎます。

この「おたより機能」は　支援者様にメッセージを一斉送信できる機能　となっています。

ただし、この"支援者様"というのは

『現時点で支援プランに入っている方』のことを指し、おたよりを送る時点で支援プランから外れてしまった方は送信対象外になってしまいます。

そのため、今月「支援プラン」から支援していただいた方であっても、こちらからおたよりを送る前に"支援中"の状態から"支援を停止"してしまい支援解除を行ってしまうと、おたより機能のプログラムが"支援者"と認識せず、おたよりを受け取ることができなくなってしまいます。

なので、支援者様にはおたよりが送られてくるまでは"支援中"の状態をなるべく解除しないようにお願いいたします。

(仮に支援解除をしてしまった場合でも、その支援者様には、おたより機能ではなくメッセージ機能を使い、個別にパスワードを送らせていただいていますのでご安心ください)

ただし、現在支援者様の中にはおたより機能の送信対象外である、なおかつメッセージを受け取らない設定にしている方がおられます。その場合パスワードを伝えることができず、またこういった旨を伝えることができません。現時点でまだパスワードが来ていないという方は上記の場合に該当する場合が考えられますので、"支援中"の状態に戻していただくか、pixivアカウントの「設定」→「プライバシー」→「メッセージを開始できるアカウント欄の"すべてのアカウント"にチェック」を行い、一時的でもいいのでこちらからのメッセージを受け取れる状態にしていただくようお願いいたします。

支援者様にはお手数をおかけして大変申し訳ありません。ご理解、ご協力の程よろしくお願い致します。

The following is an explanation of the conditions under which you can receive a "Otayori" from me.

The "Otayori" is a function that allows me to send messages to all my supporters at the same time.

However, this "supporter" means "a person who is currently on a support plan".

If you are no longer in the support plan at the time of sending "Otayori" from me, you will not be eligible to receive "Otayori".

Therefore, even if you are a supporter of the "Support Plan" this month, if you cancel your support before receiving "Otayori", the "Otayori" program will not recognize you as a "Supporter" and you will not be able to receive "Otayori" from me.

Therefore, I ask that you try not to cancel your "supporting" status until you receive "Otayori" from me.

(Even if you do cancel your support, please be assured that I will send a password to each of my supporters individually using the message function instead of the "Otayori" function.)

However, there are currently some supporters who are not eligible to receive "Otayori" messages from me and have set not to receive messages on pixiv. In such cases, I am not able to send out the password, nor am I able to inform them of my message. If you have not yet received a password, this may be the case. Please change your status back to "Supporting" or go to your pixiv account's "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Check 'All accounts' in the 'Accounts that can initiate messages' field" and temporarily change your status to be able to receive my messages. I would appreciate it if you could temporarily make it so that you can receive messages from me, even if it is only for a short time.
