January 29th, 2018: Translation Report
Added 2018-01-30 02:43:11 +0000 UTCI am a bit disappointed in myself that I didn't make much progress yesterday and today. The 2nd map is big with three sex scenes and a bit of plot so I wasn't expecting to finish it in a day, but I haven't even begun to work on the first sex scene of the map. It's shameful.
What is slowing me down immensely is how I should write the tone for one of the characters. What I got so far just doesn't really feel right with me, but I think I just have to move on and come back later and revisit my interpretation of the character when I come up with a better idea.
I did do some of the miscellaneous stuff like changing any calls to japanese filenames to english filenames, and I randomly translated half of the enemy names, but those weren't much of an accomplishment. It's shameful to look back and feel like I haven't done much. Let's do better for the next report!
