I did some googling for the the one at 16:30... decent chance it's "Usada Hikaru/Rabi~en~Rose" from something called "Di Gi Charat". Haibane Renmei was identified already \o/, it's probably one of those series that can be worth a rewatch at a later stage in life, for different perspective and insight.

And the coloured drawing of the girl in white with the armband might be from Aria the Animation? It's interesting how you mention how the styles of your ocs/characters are very 2000s because nowadays it's become super trendy with my generation (tshirt on top of long sleeves, cargo and tank top etc.) and I've also seen some people dressed up in scene style which is neat XD
