It was cut from the anime for some reason but the blue haird girl who is Vueko's assistant/friend in the flashbacks is also actually her girlfriend. That's why Irimuyui says "you smell like you've been mating a lot" to her. I don't know why of all the "mature" scenes in the manga that is the one that they decided not to adapt. Like "Sorry we can't fit in the scenes of Vueko and her lover we need to have more butt and sniffing scenes" lol
