The last 10 minutes are specially interesting. It might form one of the basis for magic to exist. It's when she gives up on the "delusion", comes back to "the real world" and asks herself if reality isn't also a daydream.
Also one point that could go unnoticed. Ange at this point suffering with heavy depression, and we're seeing things from her perspective. Depression makes us distort what we see and hear. So for example, if we're being asked "how can i help you", we might interpret it as being sarcastic or something else. It's the same here. It's possible that this isn't really bullying, but it's being presented to us like bullying because that's what ange thinks. Therefore, it's reality.

Regarding Maria's "If she cannot accept the blue bird in the cage for what it is, ... then she must go and search forever" is a reference to the play 'The blue bird', which Maria mentioned directly in part 37 (Tyltyl and Mytyl).
In short, the play is about two poor siblings that are told to find the blue bird, as it can bring anyone happiness. The pair, Tyltyl and Mytyl, already have a bird. However, as it is black, they go about on a journey for this elusive blue bird. On their adventure they go to lands of happiness and unhappiness, to the past and to the future, but even when they find happiness on their journey, they forego it in the chase of the blue bird, and yet they can never seem to catch it.
At the end of their journey they return home empty-handed. However, their view on the world has changed drastically, and they suddenly find happiness within themselves, in their home, in the present - and when they turn to look at their blackbird, they find that it is actually blue.

Okonogi did explain how Ange survived that jump from the skyscraper when they had their conversation. It may have been insane luck, but it's an explanation.

I read the scene of little Ange denying Sakutarou as something that actually happened and something she is flashing back to. If we read it literally, the timeline is something like Young Ange and Maria form Marriage Sorciere and then break up some time Pre-Rokkenjima Incident -> years later she begins to believe again, and then recalls that moment when she decides once again to throw away magic.
