I think this is distinct from split personality (as in, the disorder) - more like divergent personality. I absolutely agree that the thing that sent her off the deep end was watching all the fragments. After all, it is not part of the human experience to view 100yrs worth of memories, so it makes sense that Satoko would end up something rather different. Rika is barely clinging onto her humanity through the hope she had left, I guess.

For it to be split-personality, there should be a clear distinction between witch satoko and satoko. For now, there seems to be an internal conflict inside satoko, and from that conflict another personality is emerging. But it's not quite there yet.

I think that Satoko was herself up until she watched the hundreds of years of loops but ever since then she’s been becoming less and less human. We kept getting shown moments where Satoko looks genuinely conflicted and sad that I can’t help but feel that human-Satoko is poking through witch-Satoko little by little. I’d like to think that her breakdown was real at first and that at some point witch-Satoko stepped in and play-acted the rest.
