I think there's a great mistery surrounding hanyuu that gets ignored frequently, and it might be directly related to what you're saying about Eua. This might be terribly wrong, but can you explain hanyuu as another thing that's not a god?

I actually really loved this episode. It was nice to get more Satoko-Eua and Rika-Hanyuu scenes since both of those relationships are really fun to watch. Also, watching Satoko's plan fall into place is super entertaining, it's really fun how intelligent and terrifying she can be, all the while everyone just sees her as usual Satoko. I was also kinda hoping to see the actual moment Mion was injected/ingested the H-173 but it's probably not a big deal that we didn't see it.
I found Eua talking about Hanyuu and calling her a "failure" to be incredibly interesting. I have a gut feeling that the Rika-Hanyuu relationship might have everything to do with Eua's appearance and her desire to help Satoko keep Rika in Hinamizawa. Especially since we still don't know exactly what happened with Hanyuu going to sleep and why Hinamizawa Syndrome basically went away after she did. Anyway, loved your reactions! Don't worry about talking over the episode too much, hearing your thoughts is why we watch the videos!
