It will be a long time until you get to learn her official name, but she is quite someone. Also, Rena really just grows more and more mature while staying kyute at the same time. I love Satoko.

And hey, you get to have the reverse experience, instead of being excited when you see these characters appear in Gou you get to be excited when you see them appear in Umineko lol

2021-05-09 14:58:06 +0000 UTCI love this episode. With them cutting most of the intro and outro, the episode felt super long. The game club reunion was such a nice reprieve after such a long time of stuffy St Lucia. I love watching how Rika does a complete 180 when she goes back to Hinamizawa; you have to expect that only makes things worse for Satako who can tell that it's not going to last and that she's just acting for everyone. The walk around Hinamizawa was pretty bleak too. The building that collapsed was her and Rika's old house. And the big reveal at the end was soooo cool. "Evil Hanyuu" has a great design. Also, as an aside, you're correct in that "Evil Hanyuu" has an incredibly similar design to a character in Umineko, but Ryukishi said in an interview that they don't share the same name but declined to say anything further about the characters' relationship. Of course, Ryukishi regularly lies in interviews so who's to say! I wouldn't worry about it too much though, "Evil Hanyuu's" presence in the story is meant to be confusing for everyone whether you've read Umineko or not and Gou doesn't assume you've read it.
