Hello everyone! As I reported previously, Gumroad has started banning adult/NSFW content and, as happened with DiNamuuu3D, today they also suspended me - possibly temporarily. The censorship is only applied to "new purchases" (purchases with my links also apply), but I summarized the names of the packs from the last two months and apparently they were unlocked, but I don't know for how long.
But don't worry, in the worst case scenario you will still have all the packs you have already purchased in your Gumroad library, as the platform said that those who have already purchased the products will not be affected. But I ask that you redeem the packs from the last two months as soon as possible, so we will be relieved that they will remain in your libraries. Tomorrow, if necessary, I will summarize/change the names of all the packs in the store so that you can redeem any old packs that you have forgotten about and I will let you know.
I will have an answer by August 18th if my suspension is over, so for now it's okay. And in the worst case scenario, I will keep my store on Gumroad to preserve its library and I will start sending coupons (also with 100% discount from another platform), possibly Cults3D, since there is no censorship of that kind there. CGtrader is a bit annoying with NSFW content and I don't think it allows the creation of coupons with 100% discount.

Yes, it seems that they have flexible laws for each case. But I've never had any problems.

However, their Terms of Service (quoted below) are a little unclear as they don't define what qualifies as pronography. It could be taken to indicate that pornography in general is forbidden or that it is only forbidden if is of one of the proceeding or following catagories, nor do they indicate what constitues pornography to them (is it only if it depicts real life individuals or anything with nudity or simulated sex?). My guess is that they left the terms vegue on purpose so they can manage content as they choose including backtracking on adult content in the future if they don't like something without needing to update their terms. "Article II: Rights and Obligations of the Creator ..... The Creator is forbidden to offer a particular creation with obscene insults, violent, pornography or pedophile, and, in general, contrary to the laws and regulations. Proposed by the Creator, Creation must not infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights and the right to privacy. ......"

I have not had any problems with this, I have always placed everything there. In addition, users can publish images of their models and tag the creator. It would be a good option.

Everything from July including the keychains ACTS like you can claim them but when i try to redeem it highlights the tip window as if that's what's stopping it? Trust me, I will never stop :) I'm just sorry to cause this inconvenience to you :/
