Schedule and Frequently Asked Questions Post!

Wall of text warning, this is a long one! I get a lot of frequently asked questions mostly about payment information. I understand that Patreon's system is super confusing so if you are ever confused about any part let me know! Hopefully I can clear up concerns here first. For those who are here for the upcoming Kim Possible and Terra prints, you have not missed  out and can't miss out until cards are charged in November.  On the 5th of each month, Patreon stops trying to charge cards for declined pledges (so there is time for people who changed their info) and that's when I order all the prints so I know how many to get. If your card is declined I will send you a message on the 1st or 2nd so there is a lot of time to update the info. All ordered prints are first delivered here in about 3 days and then it takes me a few days to sign, package, and write out all the thank you notes and letters. Each one is personalized every month so it does take some time to get from the printer, to me, and then to you. They are shipped out in batches over the following few days once all the labels are printed out.  But  yes, the prints go out monthly during the month following your pledge and if they are ever later than normal I will post on here and usually add in extra stuff so you will all forgive my terribleness :P  It's been almost a full year on Patreon though and I haven't been more than a week or 2 late yet! But once you are in the cycle, you should be getting your package monthly every month around the same time. If I get a returned package I will contact you on here, and if you think yours is lost in the mail ALWAYS contact me on here instead of Facebook because my inbox on there is much much harder to stay on top of than here where it's little and organized!  I do have Blizzcon the first week of November so I may be a little behind, it seems i am always thrown off when I have a huge con I have to travel for around the time I'd be doing these orders but I am going to pre-order everything before I leave and try to be on schedule as soon as I am back in MA. 



My schedule and inbox have been pretty hectic this month with Blizzcon coming up and my birthday just happening so I may have missed a message that has gotten buried, if I have please just bump your message to the top of my inbox so it doesn't get lost! I try to do most of my question answering on Wednesdays so for particularly long questions that need my full attention to answer for crafting and what not where you need a lengthy response from me I try to do all those during that time. I am running into the issue of people pledging and not getting a response immediately and unpledging the same day. When you unpledge, it automatically blocks my account from contacting you (it seems?) so I am winding up writing out lengthy responses sometimes several paragraphs in length to get the automated "sorry but you are no longer allowed to contact this person" message D: Just please give me some time to reply I lost at least an hour of time typing to people whos accounts I was banned from contacting just tonight after being away from my PC all weekend! If you think I missed your message (I am sometimes scatterbrained and thought I replied especially when I am stressing to get a costume done before a deadline) just give me a heads up I am always super apologetic when it does happen D:!  

For those of you on the $10 or higher tier that want full res photos, I offer all my photos (that I own rights to) at any point in the month with no limit. That way you can pledge and get photos from a year ago if you wanted, i just need you to contact me on here with an e-mail address to send those to and what characters.  This stops people from pledging and downloading everything for sketchy reasons (I have seen my stuff on tshirts, mousepads, tons of stuff on ebay it's crazy) This also keeps it so people can pledge, check out my feed, and decide if they want to stay or not without losing any money from an auto-withdrawal account. That way if my content is underwhelming or doesn't meet your standards no one loses any money.  Ideally I like to send out these full res photos once cards are charged to feel safer about where my content ends up, but if you ask me kindly I probably won't say no to you especially if there's an entire month ahead before cards are charged lol. 

For those that have me on Battlenet, my Raid schedule is Tues and Weds from 9-12 EST. If you are messaging me on WoW during that time there is a good chance I might not see it so it's better to catch me on offnights or when I am logged into just Battlenet. If you message me while my character is AFK it's likely the message will get lost in the internet forever once my character auto-logs out so if you have any questions it helps me to send them here (or even an in-game mail) so you don't have to type it out twice if the first time it was asked in game.  I am currently on Tichondrius Horde for anyone interested in doing 5 mans and such. I am trying to work on my Blizzcon costume (ragnaros) during the day so I can use my power tools, and then play WoW at night after 9 or 10 EST.  

If you write me letters in the mail as a response to mine, I try to always respond in writing form rather than a message on here that way it doesn't take the magicalness away from receiving a real thought out personalized handwritten note. So I am not ignoring you snail mail is just...exactly that. It warms my heart so much when you guys write to me! If you are international I will probably give you a heads up that I got your letter so there isn't a month or more long wait but I try to keep my reply in writing :P 

Anyway yeah unless I am out of state I try to tackle my inbox hardcore every Wednesday, that means most questions and file sending happen in the middle of the week since it is very unlikely I will be out of state on a Wednesday ever. If I am out of state at a convention it is hard for me to get back to anyone even more so when I am in costume so I try to make a mass-message here on Patreon of where to find me or if I have a booth then I will always post the number. I know you guys probably have a lot of my prints already but i'll probably harass you to take a bunch of free ones I love meeting you guys in person it's so much nicer to just chat and put faces to everyones names :P 

People on the $5 and $10 will be getting one yearly bundle in January, every January which includes some of my favorite prints of the year. Since I made the $10 tier before thinking of this, I will ask you for your shipping addresses sometime in December through a message on here for anyone interested in the bundle so I know where to send them to. This includes international pledges.  

Sorry for so much text sometimes I just have a lot of thoughts and not enough time to get them out so they get put all in one place (not a bad thing :P) BUT NOW THAT I HAVE YOU HERE I do have some upcoming things I wanted to introduce---

Some updates on rewards to come that I have been thinking of and would love any feedback on are: 

-a Patreon-wide storenvy discount for people who cannot afford a high monthly pledge but have a picture they really like. (actually this one is certain I just have to set it up probably tomorrow) 

-A chance to have an 11"x17" upgraded order for $25 patrons (This is mostly so the 2-3 extra posters I have each month don't go to waste since I want to keep them Patreon exclusive and I always have a couple due to declined pledges or over-estimating how many I need) this will just be a surprise in your mailbox, if you cannot accept poster tubes at your address let me know so I can take your name out!  Once your name is picked for one it goes to the end of the line to be drawn again.   

-Signed Polaroids (still undecided on what tier to add this too but everyone pledging above the amount will automatically get these as rewards with their regular package) that way you can have something that is a little more personal and goofy since my prints are always like perfectly set up photoshoots without a hair out of place and what not. I am thinking $35 and up? Maybe I will do a test run with $50 and up existing patrons and see how long it takes to do this reasonably then go from there! 

-Much much more boudoir stuff, I know I have been very armor heavy lately but in November I am shooting a ton of boudoir to add to the mix!  

-and to balance the boudoir stuff I am doing way more tutorials for everyone that is hear to learn some SWEET SKILLSSSSSS and of course I am always open to suggestions but I also answer pretty much any crafting question anyway and should probably have more tutorials to reference lol.  

-In addition to the once-a-year bundle for the $5 and $10 tiers everyone on the $50 and higher tier will get one of my massive posters that January of the years best photo (I will do a poll). I am highly considering dropping this one down to $25 too but I am afraid that with the tshirt order and so many packages that month I don't want to bite off more than I can chew on a huge up front printing and shipping charge right before taxes so I GOTTA DO THE MATH FIRST
