Floch was suspicious last episode after the cart stole Jean and realised that they have betrayed the island. While the team were in the forest floch ordered the yaegerists to use the newly built train and tracks to travel to the port so that they have control of the flying boat whilst keeping her hostage. Essentially if negotiations don’t work then a final battle against floch and the yaegerists might occur.
