28:30 Karli’s plan to kill Captain America, while John is not a good choice, if she were to kill him she would be unleashing America on to herself and her supporters. He is right now a symbol for America and it would be like a country burning our flag. However, the ending, John is representing America which means he must have a respectful appearance and he has just spilt blood, in another country and a civilian. So, both are villains in the making. Zemo is a lot like them both, started off fairly innocent, then bad circumstances happened and while they all think they are doing right it is just not morally or ethically right. The Dora Milaje fight was hilarious. I almost thought Bucky was going to cheer the girls on. Those girls are all legends!
