Can we put Christopher Walken and William Shatner in the same room and make them fight to the death? Morgan Freeman can be the MC and Sam Elliot can fight Bill Kurtis over who gets to be the referee

Alyson Addington

we couldn't have said it better! Tarantino's films are good man, I can tell you that. not bcuz everybody likes them or that he is famous, but bcuz it makes sense in a way that most of his films have a big connection with real world. i don't know where I read or hear it but goes like this ''if a movie doesn't make you feel is real, you will always remember is a movie and miss the whole point, but if it does? take great care bcuz it might haunt your reality and dreams'' the whole plot in this movie shows how God works in mysterious ways. even with the worst type of humans, when a divine intervention happens.. don't ignore it cuz it might be last. ---Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So then, by their fruit you will recognize them--- Luke 6:43 and that's how we know why Vincent died, he wasn't shaken to bear good fruits ^_^ so God had to take him from the land. Tarantino's more religious than we know. he even used Ezekiel 25:17 which is a very powerful Verse that clearly says why God protects the weak against the thugs and murderes

i agree with u! this movie deserves a re-watch. but man was good, I can't explain how and why

this movie came like a strong coffee after a long night being drunk.. shake the sh*t out of us

In the end, you put it all together. Another notable actor was the military guy that brought home the watch from Vietnam. The actor is Christopher Walken. He has been an actor for a long time. I am sure you will see him again. Very distinctive voice. Remember it and you will know him when you hear it. If you think about it, chronologically the last scene is Butch riding his chopper to catch the train out of town.

Another great reaction! You guys are killing it this week! Quentin Tarantino is one of a kind and his movies are just not like any other movies. Hope you check out Tarantino's World War II movie Inglourious Basterds (2009) with Brad Pitt and Django Unchained (2012). I think you guys would enjoy those the most, and they will make great reactions. Pretty please, with sugar on top.

The briefcase: it's a McGuffin..in other words, what is inside of it is whatever you want it to be, it only exists to drive the plot forward. There was a popular fan theory that the briefcase contained Marcellus Wallace's soul because of the 666 passcode, but that's been shot down by Tarantino himself who directed and wrote the movie. As for the film, it's an exploration of a few very strange days in the life of a few loosely-connected characters, and how their lives change. Jules goes from a stone-cold gangster to a religious mystic, while Vincent disregards the signs and dies a criminal thug. Butch tries for one last shot at glory and to cheat the gangsters, and ends up earning his reward when he makes the right moral decision. Marcellus Wallace begins as a cold, ruthless manipulator, but takes steps towards forgiveness (or at least mercy) when the man he was trying to kill saves his life. Even Ringo and Yolanda (Pumpkin and Hunny-Bunny) start off as small-time crooks trying to make a quick score, and end up gaining some wisdom and insight from a far more terrifying criminal than they will ever be. Pulp Fiction does indeed have a plot; however, that plot unfolds in a scene order that isn’t chronological. This gives the illusion that the world is meaningless and random when, in fact, the film tells a very well-constructed, interconnected story/stories. For me the point of the film as we see the story’s three main characters — Jules, Vincent, and Butch — switch paths between evil and righteousness, is that it is possible to find meaning and purpose amid the chaos through our choices. I don't know if you recognized the actor that played "The Wolf"...he's Harvey Keitel, he was the one who played the Pimp in Taxi Driver. Also Quentin Tarantino himself played Jimmie, the character who was worried about his wife Bonnie coming home. Tarantino is one of the best filmmakers today who's known for his clever, razor-sharp dialogue, gritty, stylized violence and fascination with films from the 70s and pop culture. He loves working famous actors in his films. You should check out other Tarantino films like, "Reservoir Dogs", (1991), his first film with Harvey Keitel, Steve Buscemi, Michael Madsen, Tim Roth. "Jackie Brown" his 3rd film after Pulp Fiction (1996) Samuel L Jackson, Robert De Niro, Robert Forster, Michael Keaton There's a lot more but don't want to overwhelm you with other titles. Just wanted to name his early titles, so you guys can get familiar with his early work and then make your way to his newest titles. The Good news about Tarantino is that he hasn't made a bad or unlikable film yet.

Butch was supposed to take a dive in the 5th round because Marsellus Wallace had a big bet that would happen. Instead he won the fight because he (Butch) had a big bet down that he wou8dl win. Wallace lost a ton of money, that's why he was angry, not the the boxer died. Mia thought she was snorting coke, but it turned out to be Vincent's heroin. That's why she OD'd. The employees of Jackrabbit Slim's are all celebrities (actors, actresses, singers, etc.) from the 1950's. The scene near the beginning where Jules and Vincent talk about the foot massage is all done in a single take! Everybody who sees this movie usually has to watch it more than once -- you keep seeing more and more stuff.

I loved your reaction to the rapists taking the Gimp out of his box. Almost everyone always thinks WTF is this movie during that scene.
