Progress Update

Heya folks, here's what I've done the past few days!

Zap and Andy

Gary, the orgy pile, and Sid sleeping on top of the orgy pile all have new interactions.

A new wave effect was added to Zap and Andy for the mushroom trip dream sequence

A big chunk of the game takes place in this trippy area, so getting this effect working was pretty dang important.

Up next for me in Zap and Andy is adding lines to Harry to give you tips for the various puzzles in the game, and working on the mushroom trip itself!

Twine Game

Added basic functionality to the home apartment.

Look at Mail: As you go through the game, various characters will send you mail. It can be flavor text, hints for what to do next, or sometimes free items.

Make a Phone Call: At any time you can call a few different people for something.

Get Some Sleep: Fully restores HP, energy, and gets rid of any lingering effects from your adventures.

Check Status: Goes to the status screen, from there you can check your inventory and such.

Leave: Drops you right on the map screen.

As of now, there are five possible numbers to call.

Fortune Hotline: Calling them gives you a free fortune that might make you luckier in random events. You can do this once per mission.

Joey Decaf: Once you're officially dating him, you can call Joey Decaf for hints or flavor text.

Uncle Clive: Dom's extremely gay uncle who loves men, horror, and mysteries. He'll be happy to talk about whatever Dom brings up.

Paranormal Patrol: A group dedicated to researching the weird stuff going on in the city. Consider them an encyclopedia of the monsters, magic, and other weird stuff you've encountered.

Recording Studio: Saves your game. This is something that I feel was missing from Dysmorph and Unleash, the ability to stop playing and pick it up later. At any time you can call the recording studio and it'll make a save of your progress. (It straight up says save game so people know exactly what it is, which is important when you're making a porn game, not everyone's brain is gonna be working 100% on figuring things out. :V )

Up next is me coding the status screen, the save system, and finishing the skeleton for the mission system.
