Battle Engine Work

I've been spending a lot of time working on the twine game's battle system and how to approach it. I think I've found a potential way to make it work smoothly.


By putting all the data for each enemy and possible enemy move into their own database, and coding a function to pull from these databases at the appropriate times, the battle system will be about as smooth as something like dragon quest.

Except...you know. Hornier. A lot hornier.

Battle scenes have their own CSS code that lets them have a larger font and a different asset arrangement to be more fitting.

The enemy's picture and attacks are all stored in their own variables that can pull from the database. In the final version each enemy will have two to four attacks to work with, so it'll also have a randomizer to pick one.

I'll give updates with this as I make progress. There's a lot of code work that goes into making it function so I'm gonna feel really relieved and excited when its all done! :D

I'll try to have another update for you guys on Tuesday, possibly with another lewd tale.

Also, in a little bit an important poll for 3$ and up people is gonna be live. It's gonna have a huge impact on the twine game!
