Progress Update

Hey guys, its the first Tuesday update! I'm gonna try to use these to go into the more agenda and progress focused details of my stuff, and have Friday be more about goodies like videos and art and patreon specific things like the polls.

 Anyhoo, here's what I've been up to!

The commissioned Twine game has had its event skeleton built and color coded for my convenience so none of the paths can get mixed up even from a glance. The sex scenes aren't completely written out yet, but based on the commissioner's outlined requests, at least one of these burly guys is gonna fuck the player characters face, and there's also gonna be some cruising and hypnosis happening. (Hypnosis in something I made? Shocking, I know. ;P )

Preceding each sex scene is a date with the guy of your choice, though depending on which options you pick, its less of a date and more sneakily fooling around at the party, and since this is a sex game, all three of them are open to that option. :V

Next on my agenda for this is working on the character designs and figuring out each guy's distinct speaking style.


The first day of My Roommate's date has its basic events outlined and the part of the apartment complex thats visitable in the first day has most of its flavor text created. Next on my agenda for this is crafting the various cutscenes of Day 1, including Chester (the dad)'s fight with the neighbor BJ, and the show you can watch on TV.

These are the documents we use to keep both events and text straight. Thankfully day one isn't too complex, but day 2 and 3 have a lot more to do, so these are gonna come in handy both for me keeping track of whats happening, and so I can show you where I am in development. 

For the record, green means the text is in the game, and red means it hasn't been entered by Caesarcub yet. The purple is for objects and blue is for rooms, and pink is there so the background isn't white and hard on the eyes.


As for Zap and Andy Get Outta Hell, me and BC recently reinserted all of the normal graphics into the engine to make animations more seamless and to cut down on the programming I have to do to line everything up, as well as created some new puzzles for the second area to increase the interactivity in-between the cutscenes and the fucking and the cutscenes where dudes fuck.

My next goal is to get these puzzles functional and looking good, so we can move onto the end sections of the motel, and then begin the cleanup steps to release it to you guys as a demo.


See you guys Friday, when the results of the art poll are finished. Going by the current standing it looks like this month might be a little spooky!
