Jaemin used his weaknesses against him (one of them being his impulsiveness and temper) and unfortunately Suhyeon fell for it. That's why I feel for him and get some of his anger because imagine losing all those years with someone you genuinely had feelings for and now it's too late. I won't justify how he handled it though and the way he treated Daon when he was the one who left him. Tbh he's my favorite character because of his complexity ๐

2025-03-23 15:41:39 +0000 UTCso the "act like they where dating only in front of doan" was really only for jaemin; but because of doan "push away" personality, suhyeon thought he didnt really have a chance over jaemin whom was doan's mentor..... so thats why he agreed to the deal.... jaemin knew doan liked suhyeon the most that's why he created the deal. smh but jaemin isnt confident enough to date doan and believe it would last... especially now, he couldn't even keep him as a friend (so im guessing thats why he completely gave up) by admitting; whereas suhyeon is a lost wondering dog whom keeps making the wrong choices and keeps letting the wrong people sway his initial judgements which leads him to act irrationally in regards to doan. it seems like doan only respected and admired jaemin so he was bright with him, but liked and loved suhyeon so he was anxious and embarrassed with him. but it doesnt read that way outside looking in. it looked like the opposite from suhyeon pov. i think i get it. i understand how we got here, doan still doesnt know they where pretending to date though. not that it matters because seonghyeon is all he's thinking about throughout all this
