Just to clarify some of the above informations. Jiang Cheng is truly the youngest, but only by six days over Wei WuXian (so they are nearly the same age). Also, Wai WuXian wasn't even adopted by the Jiang family (if he was, his surname would be Jiang, but instead it's Wei), but for many reasons (which you will find in the series), he was raised in their sect and became really close to both Jiang siblings, so he's treated by everyone as if he were their brother.

So Jiang Cheng and Yanli are not his blood brother/sister but the three consider themselves as such. As for the age of the three, Yanli is the older sister (if I remember correctly, she is 2 years old with Wei Wuxian and 3 years old with Jiang Cheng), then there is Wei Wuxian who is 1 year old more than Jiang Cheng who therefore the youngest
