Thanks for sticking with me thru October!

Hey guys! Here is a  small dose of things to come this month. I'm getting over a pretty heavy loss. As lots of you know September was a really rough time for me. I know I mentioned Bailey's paw print last month. I said goodbye to her after 18 years with me. I had her and her sister Casey from the same litter since they were little puff balls fitting in my hand. It's been a rough time...but...time heals all wounds. Lost my parents decades ago and yeah, you do move on but always remember the good times and cherish those memories. She had a swiftly encroaching disease that came out of no where and I did not want her to suffer in any way.  I hope I gave Bailey the best life I could have, I know she brightened mine in ways I will never ever forget.

Here are some little previews of things to come in October. I know many months have a "dip" where patrons drop out etc, so...I thank YOU for stickin with me and making this all the more fun. Thank you for your support and thank you for enjoying my whacky art. $1 donation level patrons will find some fun thank you gifts, $5 tier patrons will get crisp lineart, and $10 patrons will be getting final finished pieces. I am still working on possible higher levels and what fun bonuses and rewards they will incur.

I really do appreciate it and will make sure to have some spooktacular, boner raising, fright filled fun in store for my favorite time of year...Halloween...which I have been decorating the house already for weeks now. Locals must think some really macabre dude lives there...well...they re RIGHT! Thank you and hope you are all well.

Thanks for sticking with me thru October!

my dearest condolences for your loss Gideon T^T *hugs* It's never easy to lose a beloved pet and family friend. Sounds like she had a long and happy life with you and that's what counts.

loosing your your life long pets is never fun, but sadly eventually they have to pass on. at-least bailey made it to a good old ripe age of 18 fairly healthy, beating pretty much all the odds. in my family we grew up with 7 generations of cats from start to end, and where down to the last survivor of that family. in the last 2 years we lost 4 cats of that last elderly family tree. one of those was a thorough streetcat that was gone for like a year, who came back home dying of cancer, so we split the bill to make his last few weeks as pain free and love filled as we could. but i got 2 adopted brotherly cats now. who's previous owner, a former colleague committed suicide sadly. you can always remember the past, but you can try enjoy life as it ever moves ever forward. grabbing the moments of joy as the come.

Understandable Gid. It’s always really rough losing a pet, especially if they were your first. :( I’m certain that the life you gave Bailey was the best possible one she could have had.

I'm very sorry to hear about Bailey. I don't think she could have had a better owner. It's always tough to lose a loved one, especially a pet. Hang in there man, and remember her fondly. She'll live on forever in your heart. 💜
