Here's what 1.9.4 has to offer:

🟢 Added new mobile radio is PS Menu, Listen to your music on the go!
🟢 Added oxygen level on the minimap when swimming underwater
🟢 You can now give homeless people money, approach them on foot.
🟢 If you exit your vehicle with the engine on, it will now remain on.
🟢 Holding a flashlight while not aiming will now still produce a light
🟢 Updated some ui icons
🟢 Done some code tweaks to reduce potential bloat
