Her face now sits in a puddle of fat, as her eyes are pressed into a permanent squint due to how plump her cheeks are becoming. As her shoulders continue to swell and raise higher, it will give the impression that her head itself is sinking deeper into her body. Her figure is becoming less and less defined as she embraces her transformation into a blob of obesity.

Cass being a little forceful is a great touch, and everything is heightened by Lexi's absolute delight in being so enormous and loved on! (That almost 3D panel angle and the speech bubbles was really cool!!)
