Taskmaster Series 16 and 19
Added 2025-03-19 22:36:41 +0000 UTCHey everyone, this is an update on what is likely happening with my Taskmaster Reactions over the next couple of months.
Series 19 is likely going to be announced soon, I am expecting it to start before the middle of April.
I would like to avoid doing 2 different UK series at the same time, between recording and editing, i feel like it might get confusing having 2 different seasons happening at once.
So here is the plan.
Coming very soon: Season 15 Outtakes, S15 Top 5 Tasks, S16 Interviews.
(I suspect by this point in the schedule Series 19 will still not have aired)
So I will then knock out Champion of Champions 3 and maybe a couple of the New Years Treats I still have, until S19 airs.
WHEN SERIES 19 AIRS:
Full Length Versions will go up on the Full Length Tier as normal.
The YouTube edit will go public on youtube, probably a few hours after the show has aired (S19 will not be on the early access tier, but any seasons I do that are not currently airing on tv will continue to be early access)
Currently I do 2 Taskmaster episodes a week, and I plan on continuing that, but in an effort to mix it up a bit, I will be returning to Taskmaster NZ Series 1 or Taskmaster AUS Series 3.
So each week there will be a brand spanking new UK Series 19 Episode and a different season running simultaneously.
Series 16 sounds like a classic, so I want to make sure I can give it my full attention, and this sounds like the best way.
What would you like to see most?
NZ S1 or Aus Series 3? (I will say i have seen the cast for Aus Series 5 and i am VERY interested in seeing how Rove McManus goes)

My main worry is that by watching series 19, there could be spoilers for the previous seasons you haven't watched yet. In my opinion, season 16 is too good to jump in and out of episodes with. So I think you should do NZ 1 with 19, then go back in order to 16, NYT 4, CoC 3 etc.

2025-03-20 22:37:32 +0000 UTCI guess I'm the only one that's gonna rate NZ1 over AU3 😂 Obviously you should watch all of it (eventually). I've been eager for 16 but I also totally understand and agree with your line of thinking here and I know how stoked you are for 19 which is contagious. Maybe by the time you've cranked through those other things, we'll know when it airs which might turn this all upside down :)
