I’m pretty sure the Captain’s ‘Now then, now then …’ speech is taken from a bit of dialogue Stephen Fry says as Melchett in season 4 of Blackadder. I’m sure what he says is identical and with the same inflection. Perhaps a little homage to that classic show? Not particularly important, but it tickled me.

To try to explain the scene you were questioning with Kitty: I think they were saying Kitty has never had such adult relations so clearly she isn't pregnant. Her disgusted face was her looking at all the male ghosts who had children and thinking about what they had to do to have that happen :) (to her innocent/childlike mind that seems very gross/digusting).

Yes and it is in my extras on the to do list

Along with the Ghosts extras, has anyone recommended the Red Nose Day special that they did in 2023? It's less than 10 minutes and guest stars Kylie Minogue.

Thomas being Scottish came from Mathew saying „Damn your eyes“ in S1E1. He was told to be more dramatic and everyone ended up thinking what came out sounded Scottish. So they decided that Thomas would be one of those Scottish people who are so posh you think they’re English until you see them in a kilt at a wedding. Kitty was looking at everyone she knew had children and was slightly disgusted thinking about how those children were conceived. Speaking of Julian spending every second on the gold course if that came to be, the groundsman of the actual house where this was filmed actually made a couple of tees for Simon to practice his shots when he noticed that Simon would often go out and do that during breaks.

Or 8500 years spent fucking by the sounds of it lol

So robin said he walked to the uk. The last time the uk was connected to mainland europe was 10,000 BCE. Of the ghosts who left who mentioned, the one with the oldest sounding name was Godric who's name is anglo-saxon. The anglon-saxon period in britain started 410CE. So that's at least 8,500 years robin spent alone.
