I said on the youtube version that my favorite scene is when the Elves arrived at Helm's Deep to help with the battle. But also just love Legolas standing alone on the hillside and shooting his arrows at the Wargs! I wish they had a few more seconds of that shot because it is truly epic! Thanks for a great chance to rewatch this classic amazing film (and yeah, the sync was off so that was a bit of an annoyance. )

2024-01-16 05:09:51 +0000 UTCSo what I did to mitigate the difference was I watched on Max (I'm in the US) and downloaded a browser extension that lets you control speed on Max. So I put the speed on 1.25 on Max and 1.2 on your reaction. So it went a little faster but if Binge speeds it up 4% then my ratio was only off by a tiny bit

2024-01-16 05:07:53 +0000 UTCWell i just found out what the problem is, the app Binge that i use does some weird shit where it speeds up the show by 4% and lowers the pitch, something about PAL? I didnt think this would affect me since I'm not using a TV, I use a PC to watch, but that would make sense. LOTR, Pitch perfect, and Good Will Hunting were all streaming on Binge, and i had comments about all of them. Looks like Prime video it is for the next one
