This album is great, although is not one of my personal favorites but was a massive comercial success. As years passed, you will find she really loved to sing rhythm and blues and gospel and she got to do albums that were more on that direction in the 90s. All performances from the Whitney era are great, my favorite is the 1989 Grammys which I really recommend.

2024-12-24 16:20:07 +0000 UTCYou should react to the B-side of "I wanna dance with somebody" which is called "The moment of truth" a beautiful ballad which should have been on the album (it is better that some of the song on it) and not everybody knows it. Also in the same lane of this album in 1988 (a year later) Whitney released a single calle "One moment in time" which was a theme for the olimpics of the same year, absolutely gorgeous ballad and impressive vocals. How about a special trick for us during these days of you reacting to these two songs? It would be amazing and i am sure you would love both of them. Keep doing your excelent work, Jacob! Take care.
