I love that you show soo much empathy towards Mariah, the crowd and is viewers, along with you watching reactors yourself. Would never want you to change or be fake appeasing about anything. There’s no reason to het upset over constructive feedback. You can’t properly react to a song if you’re missing half the parts which people have pointed out before.

Then start from Butterfly you may just include your reaction on her music videos ( normally 3 - 4 single that she released ) Just for you to see the visual that she done for each songs.

2024-09-14 17:19:54 +0000 UTCMuisician person here: also, MC is a singer that does a lot of vocal dynamics, from soft (pianíssimo) to strong (forte) in a flash with amazing precision (unless her vocal nodules playing up that day) Therefore her mic needs to be a very special one so needs to pick up all the dynamics so: when she goes louder she can go very far from the mic and when softer closer to the mic- depending on the song. Also, if you watch singers that have had classical vocal training: they do exactly the same. … cos they need to resonate her voices over orchestras without mics. Mariah’s mum was an opera singer and vocal coach and gave her a lot of guidance especially around breathing/ projection and support. Unfortunately MCs vocal nodules over the years have altaken a toll on her voice but even today only MC can do MC…. She has used lip sync later on more to protect her voice and save it as her songs are so dynamic. The thing with Mc she is a BAD lipsyncer. So you always know when she is doing it but she IS one of a kind god given talent: writer, composer and vocalist. Just once in a lifetime.
