Quiver Lines feel sooo gooooooddd!!!!

Remember that post about me struggling with the lotus position? WE GOT THERE.

I'm way more pleased with how these images turned out, compared to the one in that earlier post. The second image shown here is a more direct replacement, but I'd like to talk about a new element shown in the first image: quiver lines!!

By that, I just mean the semi-dotted wavy lines near their faces that signify climactic quivering. I simply never attempted them before now, but I figured I'd do a little experimenting with the outline rendering in Blender and fix it up in Gimp.

I'm actually thinking about taking it a step further and getting both the image and the lines themselves to quiver/vibrate while playing the visual novel.

It's also fun to incorporate hearts and lovey-dovey flair and stuff, not to mention the sorta soft ahegao expression on Amy (for those who don't know, "ahegao" is an exaggerated climax expression, usually with eyes rolled back, tongue sticking out, flushed face, heart eyes, etc. It also happens to be the shit).

I couldn't quite pull off "heart eyes" in this shot, but I really like the result nonetheless.

In other news, I'm closing in on finishing Amy's update that includes all of this recent content (and a bunch more)! Should be done within the week!
