Creating the Framework for Love Scenes

This next update is almost completely a story update, with content all about Amy! The next update will be focused on Kelly, then Julie. And my approach here will be copied for the other two.

First, I'm experimenting with the conversation mini-game to create some more interesting choices:

"Generate Red" means you'd fill your red bar by 41 points (+41).

Notice it's +30% lust, not +30 lust. In this case, this would give you +(0.3 * 56 = 16.8, rounds down to 16) lust.

I really like how this plays. It slows down the pacing of the exponential stat growth while still incorporating those game mechanics into more impactful and interesting conversation. And it fits with how the entire format of the game shifts once the band's on tour. You still get normal, random conversation games, but I'm starting to cut down on them as we enter the halfway point of the game.

Anyway.

The scenes I'm working on are what I've been calling the "canon first sex scenes," but we could also call them "love scenes!"

A few things:

- There's a moderate amount of unique dialogue based on whether or not you've had sex by this point.
- You can guarantee sex here if Amy likes you enough (if not, there's still a chance).
- Future Amy content hinges on whether or not you have sex (make love) here.

At this stage of the game, it's mostly assumed that you haven't had (cheating) sex. You may have noticed that in every cheating sex scene up to this point, the pair tries to shake it off and "go back to normal."

This scene marks the turning point.

Choosing whether or not to have sex with Amy here marks a sort of crossroads: If you do it, both your attitudes about it flip and you begin to engage in an ongoing affair, leading to more regular Amy content. If you don't, the game will start subduing future Amy content, though I'm still debating to what degree (and whether or not to give you more chances to initiate the affair).

Pursuing Amy here does not lock you out of Kelly or Julie content in the slightest. There's no real downside, unless you dislike Amy (or dislike cheating, but good luck enjoying this game if that's the case lol).

Anyway, I plan on following the exact same format for Kelly and Julie, but I want a lot of hot sex and quality build-up for each of them, so these next few updates are just dialing in on one lady at a time.

That's my rough roadmap for the near future! I'm hoping to have this update out within the next week, but I'm not super confident I'll pull that off. I might aim for the start of next month instead, and make some decent band concert images. Either way, I will keep you posted! Thanks for reading!
