Then for Jerome in his debut episode towards the end there the line where he says to Peter "I had some nasty ass sex with Meg," plenty you could do there.

I do think based on the angle of Jerome's body that we should not be able to see Lois' far boob, unless her upper-body was twisted the entire time at quite an odd angle for some reason. Could've also viewed Jerome's body at a bit of a different angle to fix it too. Still looks great overall though.
