About the subscriptions
Added 2024-04-01 06:34:05 +0000 UTCFirst of all, I want to apologize for the inconvenience, I didn't even think it could happen.
I could not even think that because I change the price by a couple of dollars will happen that all posts will be unavailable and so on, it was just written that subscribers from the next time will pay the current price, and access will be the same, but now people write to me that they do not have access to posts for some reason, although I did not change access, but only the price.
I contacted tech support and they explained to me that when you increase the subscription price, you had to save the old one in the archive (Although when I increased the price yesterday, it was not written anywhere, it was only that from the next month subscribers will pay the current price) and therefore if you did not do it, then subscribers may not have access to posts.
As they told me, people's subscriptions went down by 1 level and that's what caused this mess.
Those who have lost their subscription to tier-1 level, you just need to raise its level to tier-2.
The difference from the previous price of 2 dollars (the exchange rate in my country).
I apologize again that this happened, I didn't expect this and I don't want to be in trouble.
