Seriously!!!?Listening to this is likening the experience to waking up on Cmas morning or your bday and receiving the most incredible present but before you can even completely unwrap it, it's ripped from your hands and all your left with is an overwhelming sense of pure joy immediately followed by a very loud WTF?!? How could someone tease me like that??! SOB, the vocals start and I'm instantly sucked in and melting by that Ren tone, carried away by the lyrics and music and then BAM! silence... Straight up painful. Of course I listen again and again... :) it's just that cut-off, ya know, it never hurts any less...

Holy crap, I legit love each of the layers. But after listening to your guitar noodling (just shared) and then coming back to listen to this one again. This is different in many ways from a lot of Ren's stuff (to me at least), but this reminds me of some soulful Paulo Nutini level "I'd rather go blind" kind of song in the works. It's like Big Push busking skills over some unchained melody. Damn Ren, you're just a once in a generation kind of talent. I'm so excited to have "discovered" you early enough to see what you're going to do/create in this lifetime. It's already left a mark, and it feels like this is just the "fuse" lit phase before the mortar launches into the stratosphere... :)

REN it seems that the vocals are drowning out the music just a bit. The composition is so beautiful maybe the music should be a little bit louder. Could be an all time classic.

I was like this music sounds pretty good and then Ren added his vocals and I just melted. His voice attracts me to his music more than anything else. When some of these finished songs post on You tube Ren will have another whole set of ears and eyes listening to his music, people that might not of liked rap or hip-hop. The rap/hip-hop fans will already be there and loving his new stuff.

It's so very gentle, the instrumental foundation of this bit, Ren. Just what this C-PTSD recoverer needed first thing this morning, as a very vulnerable young part of me woke up this morning in need of immediate soothing and reassurance. And then your voice joins in, sounding like it's calling out from a similarly vulnerable place -- giving voice to that vulnerability in ways that I'm still struggling with, tripping over my own feet a bit as I learn to relax/dance more. I'll be excited to hear the finished work!

That’s pretty much it. 😂 The word “mate” in this context is one of respect. The “bloody hell” is “are you serious right now”? A mixture of shock, awe, and respect. In true Aussie fashion, we just made a short way to say all of that. 👌🏻 The way you say the sentence can also change the meaning though. Imagine, in this case, it’s being said with a deep admiration.

I have enjoyed everything that you guys have posted so far. This is by far my favorite as this just keeps roaming in my head. I have seen a few icons emerge, rise, and fade away However, I always wish I had alive there to see the rise of some of the greats. I would have loved to have seen the Beatles, Elvis, Jimi, Janis, and a few others all the way back to Benny Goodman live. Watching the rise of Ren feels like a privelege and I am thrilled to support the ascent of Ren and his team.

Ren you do a fantastic job of constructing your music. There are multiple layers to this craft that most people will never understand. They are left with a gorgeous piece of art to feast over without ever knowing the blood, sweat and tears that go into it. Art is about seeing something and having a magnetic like connection to it, and the personal research of one’s own life that could possibly locate the common denominator. For example, I did not need to carry on about this explanation as you are clearly an artist and understand the field. LMAO. So now I’ll cut to the chase lol it might be only one who immediately fell off the chair. I went back to 1992 hearing everybody hurts for the first time and then you wake up only to realize your still dreaming when the flutes come in, which is the lullaby Ian Anderson wrote and composed for himself at 3 …those strings that come in sooooo hard that i was softened to tears. That raspy version of your voice, that I heard a lot through the money game trilogy’s, is making me want to find a way to safely poison my husband with a touch of laryngitis:)

I can foresee that becoming my favorite Ren song. Can't wait for it!

God, that voice Ren!! That's a bit of a stretch mate, we mere mortals just shouldn't compare ourselves to this genius. I have a hard time thinking I'm even a fairly ok human most days seeing the rest of the population scatter about not having any issues leaving their apartments without a mental breakdown and other neat stuff. I'm sure if I truly sat down and let my mind wander into the "how do you stack up compared to this mastermind" I wouldn't even make it 30 seconds before self doubt would just create some kind of black hole or vortex and just end the horror before it could make me explode and possibly do damage to people or property...

How long does it take to record all the various instruments ?
