It's Sunday guys so u know what that means ...

Today I deliver to u the behind the scenes of the animal flow music video we shot around the beginning of 2022. This was filmed by Mr Flack himself of course so big love to him for capturing this, and of course we have Mr Luke Flegg shooting the video itself (which I believe was the last vid he shot for ren) beside man like Josh! Was super sick to stumble across this footage in the hard drive since its been a while, also made me laugh a lot...

We filmed this retake during Ren's time back home in England over the christmas period & in just 10 days this went from being a passing idea to a fully shot video. This wouldn't have been possible without everybody involv...

clinic pt2 (brain scan edition)

Between the filming of live sessions/music vids and recording of some baaaangerss, me and josh took a trip with Ren to the clinic to sit in on a brain scan session.

Was super interesting to watch and learn the process of how it all goes down and more so to see how Ren has progressed during his time away under intense treatment.

Ren on a wall

Caught up with the legend @mickmowgli whilst he was he was doing his thing in Brighton alongside the wizard @drren101 (pretty cool coincidence!) which was an amazing process to watch, and it came to life in no time at all.

However, just as the wall was finished another local artist (unknown) left his mark, causing Mick to improvise and make what was great, even greater.

In the end, whilst Ren has been back in the UK we managed to link up with Mick and go spend a bit of time down...

A change in the regular programming!

So I've got myself into a bit of a pickle and managed to leave my laptop somewhere that I recorded this week's Patreon lesson on! I know I promised you all two videos every Sunday but please bear with me as I'm in the studio right now.

I will get you guys another lesson as soon as I can! Kai's video will still be posted today at 5pm UK time as usual but please be patient and I'll be sure to make it up to you!

Between the xmas fun and little bits we've been getting up to since ren has been back, i managed to capture him and ask him some questions about the past 12 months - and fortunately he was with the big dog (sam).
