Update-only (v0.35.x → v0.36.1): To use it, just extract the contents of the update-only .zip file into your Crimson High folder and overwrite when prompted. If it doesn't ask to overwrite, you've funked up. Please remain calm and ask your neighbors for help. Or me. That works, too.

- 2 new Space Hamsters
- added help button to hamster gallery on the phone
- added style options for the hamster hints (choose when enabling hint mode in the hamster gallery on phone)
- made the text box hide when the phone is open
- reworked the option to name your save files and made it optional (toggle found on the save screen, top left)
- minor bug fixes (hamster hints now working by default if you had them enabled; fixed some code in a conversation with Aki and Jun a few updates back; Mariko now has a special shirt she wears when driving)

2024-08-10 09:06:08 +0000 UTCHeya! Glad to hear that you enjoyed the update :) The bug with the permanent notification on screen is something I'm aware of. I've done some light patching for it already but have to seriously look into it before the next update releases, to figure out a way to fix this for good - maybe some sort of hard-coded removal of the hints as part of the image transitions or whatever. Thanks for mentioning it anyway, though! The special hamster in the library scene, however, I had admittedly completely forgotten and never checked for its consistency with the new system. Definitely something I'll have to check out soon, thanks!

2024-08-07 09:34:22 +0000 UTCAwesome update, at the end of the last update, I genuinely thought it would be Jiro who greets gets Ren, but this was better. Also had changed computers since so I lost my saves, making I had to skip through it all again, picking up hamsters on the way and I have 2 very related bugs to report; 1. One time I blitzed past a hamster with the new big hint, it got stuck on the screen, couldn't scroll either way past it, and I didn't remember when exactly it says, and save/load didn't help because of ren'py's persistence (I belive it was the 3. Hamster, but I'm not sure). With my, admittedly light, programming experience, it feels like whatever gets set to show it doesn't get proberbly unset, and gets stuck there. 2. When Ren pins Yukari against the window in the library, the hamster hint still uses the old style (white-on-black textbox under phone) even when big hint is selected. It's sort-of understandable that it's different, considering the chase is kind-of unique, but I still thought I'd let you know.

2024-08-05 14:46:16 +0000 UTCI love how instead of a real cliffhanger like the rest of the updates this one just has a completely natural and obvious reaction to Nene's cuteness, also the easter egg of Nene and Nagisa reacting to your wallpaper if it's one of them. (And yes i obviously am now using the newest one of Nene not wearing her mask, she's just to freaking cute dammit)
