The idea is very hot indeed. Especially with Meganium, who clearly want to do the right thing :3 Also, Emolga isn't a police officer, he's actually a bad guy since he told the police that Mudsdale murdered the Bunnelby on purpose which is a lie. Emolga just wanted to get them all out of the way so he could fuck the headless bunny in peace xD
