Video Issues 😭
Added 2020-10-15 20:37:47 +0000 UTCHi everyone, we both just wanted to start off by apologizing for there will be no uploads on Patreon for the remainder of this week, including today. We've been trying to sort out issues with our video/audio quality that should be taken care of by the end of this week.
And then, ontop of that we received an email from Vimeo notifying us we have completely exceeded our bandwidth within their terms of use from the amount of viewers we've had the past few months. They had not notified us earlier about exceeding these limits until only a few days ago and it seems like they suspended our streaming until further notice. We have paid for our annual usage and they are only now telling us about this. Even more so, they want us to upgrade our account to "Enterprise" level which is insane for small youtubers like us.
So for as of right now, we are going through the best options on how to move forward with releasing content for all of you. For now, we have purchased a second Vimeo account to upload all of our old/current content so you can still watch with us but we will need some time to reupload 250+ videos, so bare with us 😂
We love you all and appreciate you being patient with us, we really pride ourselves on releasing the best quality possible so we are doing our best here to figure things out. THANK YOU ALL 💜 BORAHAE
