Those statements are stronger if done during the say event. Not after that my main point. Even more since Bernie is pushing a Bill to get more detail on the possible war crime or event genocide claim push by South Africa(not saying it is the case for both but it does smell fishy so far). This issue makes us (the west) look like hypocrite yet again for our double standard.

If Trump says that Article 1 and Article 3 courts are the same thing, therefore double jeopardy; then does that not mean that immigrants in the Article 2 courts have a right to a defense lawyer?
