Slightly varied because a lot of the audience members are knowledgeable about the subject, but a good many, like me, however good a general education we may have had, and however widely read we think we are, are being exposed to the details of the law for the first time. Andrew and Liz cover the outline, thus providing a foundation for the guest to elaborate on.
