Waiting to listen but I have to ask: can Joe Rogan be arrested on the exact same gun charge since he regularly/publicly uses illegal drugs and has been featured on TV using firearms? The form Hunter lied on specifically asks: “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?”
