I also vote C. There was no evidence that the watch was stolen. For the watch to be part of the crime, it needs to be proven that the watch was stolen. If the victim swore that the watch was her husband's (or son's) and she was just taking it to the jeweler for repair, then it would be in. Otherwise Officer Jerry and his cronies need to show that a second crime took place, and that the watch was part of the second crime. Just theoretically..... If Mark Zuckerberg steals my wallet, that isn't proof that he also stole the $12,000 leather jacket he was wearing at the time.
