This was a great Q&A, and thank you for answering my question! You did a good job reiterating why we need a supreme court to protect minority rights. My big concern is that if we're at the point now where we can say the Roberts court is illegitimate, playing along as if it is still impartially interpreting the law out of respect for the institution just plays into the FedSoc's plans.
