2022-09-08 02:36:41 +0000 UTCYeah, A was sort of a trick in that a restaurant does have a duty to inspect and warn of dangers so A gets the law correct. However, when applied to the facts of the situation (the brief period of time between the spill and the accident) that duty wasn't breached. This is one of those ones where you have to be a good test taker to recognize that the issue wasn't identifying the correct statement of law but to apply the facts of the question.
