There is no possible way for this contract to be made under fair terms. If the father understood the nature of the guardianship, he falsely represented himself. If he didn't understand it, that's why it was needed in the first place. C.

C Individuals found to be incompetent in court cannot enter into contracts. If he can lawfully enter into contracts and be considered reasonably able to do so, he would not need a court appointed guardian.
