That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime Season 2 Episode 6

Comments

You were really feelin it this episode LOL But honestly, I really can't understand when people say they like season 1 more than 2. Season 2 is completely ridiculous. As for Hinata while I agree I think you got a bit too gassed up. There is A LOT going here. She was definitely being unreasonable though and not listening. In truth though I think she might've slapped Rimuru barrier or not. Would've certainly been closer.

Agreed, I'm not sure if I mentioned in the vid I hated her which I could've I can't remember since it was a few days ago but I am left more with the feeling atm of being annoyed with her and expecting her to be better like most characters are after some episodes pass and we see more of her

Honestly speaking, if I found out that some random monster killed someone I cared about and now appears in their form, my first reaction would honestly be pretty similar to Hinata's. Hinata never met Rimuru before and has no real reason to trust anything he says. He could have just killed Shizu and then took her body out of greed, and she wouldn't know. That would make more logical sense than what actually happened. Added to that is this mysterious informant who obviously (to us at least) dramatized the whole event while leaving out the important bits. Since the informant also informed Hinata that this supposed evil slime claims to be Japanese, Rimuru mentioning that without any obvious proof makes Hinata start to believe that the informant is right. But most of all, she's pretty much acting more on emotions without being given key details of the events. Because of this I can't completely hate her from this but instead am annoyed.

Ooooooohhhh okay that’s a lot more fair then if it’s one of her abilities, I assumed it was just an item her city provided her with for monsters specifically but if it’s a part of her kit then for sure it’s fair game 🔥

Sxmmy

forgot she had that rgb gamer sword

Decent

Her brain cells at this moment aside, barriers are like buffs. Instead of buffing herself she used it to nerf someone else. And as long as she casted it herself and its her skillset than imo its fair game

I feel you but I guess I just have a completely different thought process than her so I can't without lying pretend I think she's smart. No matter how much I trust the word of someone I always take that into account but also the logic of the current situation so I can make my own opinion. I just don't think her way of being hardstuck on someone's word is the way to go

Sxmmy

I don't think she's stupid for not listening to Rimuru but stupid for not being able to put obvious things together especially when there's multiple things that only can be done by those obviously reincarnated like herself. I get she's been gaslit but from my perspective if you can get gaslit so hard that you never put logic into any situation after that then I feel bad for you, but I'm not gonna pretend you're not dumb just because you're being manipulated lol. Still a cool character with her design and abilities but till she proves me wrong (which I think she will like I said in the vid since most characters do for development) I just see her as not very smart off this first encounter 🤧

Sxmmy

Second thing, there's always the option that rimuru gained shizu's memories and feelings and was acting on those to trick hinata into believing him, so she got told to not trust a thing he says

Hinata has been completely gaslit. Can't really call her stupid for not listening
