Your opinion is for sure 100% valid and it also gives you more time to spend with the characters so I see that. For me since it’s so much older the pacing is off a lot at times for the fodder fights which is why I prefer to skim through them because I’d rather use energy on the really good parts for the plot instead. The fodder fights especially in the beginning of recordings make me a bit tired and throws my energy off so that’s the main reason, which would probably be different if I was vibing watching it alone so I feel you

2022-09-26 03:56:36 +0000 UTCI'm late asf but Personally ion mind the fodder fights, mainly for nostalgia purposes lol like ik some are probably annoying for most people but I see it as sum to pass time with, like if Bleach went straight to the point with most fights it'll be coo but it'll make the anime mad short along with stuff not being paced out well... kinda like God of High school... but that's just my opinion

Also this might surprise you but Nel and her 2 goofy brothers are canon lmao. But don't worry they become more bearable the more you continue. If anything I think you'll end up liking them :P. Also I'm not sure which arc I like more (society or the arrancar arc) however a few of the best fights in the whole show are in this arc and I can't wait till you get there :)
