BACKER UPDATE!

Just a quick update, folks.

I took a break after New Year's, because I really did spend most of my holidays working on videos, and then drove 70 miles to a wedding. The night before the wedding, my car was broken into.

Nothing of value was stolen, except I just now realise the 10 quid headphones I made my early videos on are gone, but it's been a bit of a pain getting it back and getting the passenger side window fixed. I had to pick people up from an airport quite soon after getting back and didn't want to have to cancel on them or make them sit for a drive back in a car with a messed up window, so that has delayed me a bit.

My current plan is to get a bunch of bonus videos up ASAP, which have been delayed due to this mess and an old hard drive that broke magically un-breaking long enough for me to pull all the files off, and then get the Dark Souls 2 video out along with the next Serious Lore Analysis. In February I'm doing some travelling, but I aim to get two more videos out before I go - one addressing The Golden One's reaction to my video, and one about PUA Dating Advice. I aim to get them done in advance and schedule their release while I'm away so it'll look like I'm not even gone!

Short game update: I've recruited a friend to help with the game because it's faster than having to learn everything. I don't know how far along I want the game to be before I start showing things from it but we'll have to see. Ideally there will be a beta release that shwos off the mechanics and stuff, and then a full one with the actual game in it, which I aim to get on Steam and give keys to backers. This used to be wishful thinking but nowadays you can literally upload stolen games to Steam so we should be golden. This will probably take an inordinate amount of time, and turn out to be way too ambitious, but let's find out!
